Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle reservation inquiries and modify bookings using hotel management systems
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Assist with concierge services and local area recommendations
- Operate switchboard and direct incoming calls appropriately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
