Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring a warm and welcoming first and last impression.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding amenities, local attractions, and hotel services with a positive attitude.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and public spaces.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness.
- Support special events and guest requests, ensuring every stay is memorable.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required for the right candidate).
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn just as much.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (e.g., lifting up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- A professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
