Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer multi-line phone systems with a polite and helpful demeanor.
- Handle guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services with expertise.
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash and credit reconciliation.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a pristine front desk area and lobby environment.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
