Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using hotel management systems
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional service
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve guest requests
- Manage room reservations and optimize occupancy rates
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and communication
- Assist with emergency procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel reservation software (e.g., Opera, RoomRack)
