Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage guest accounts, process payments accurately, and handle inquiries regarding hotel services and local attractions.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby environment at all times.
- Assist with concierge services, including making restaurant reservations and arranging transportation.
- Operate hotel management software (PMS) efficiently to update guest information and track room status.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest requests are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred, but immediate hires with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with property management systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Valid driverβs license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
