Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ staff members across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge departments
- Handle VIP guest check-ins, special requests, and conflict resolution
- Oversee weekend occupancy reports, inventory control, and revenue management
- Coordinate emergency protocols and ensure ADA compliance standards
- Train new weekend associates on hotel systems and service excellence
- Collaborate with corporate on weekend marketing initiatives and promotions
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel management experience with weekend shift focus
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS property management systems
- CA Food Handler & ServSafe certifications required
- Advanced CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly valued
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
