Responsibilities
- Perform night check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct nightly financial audits and reconcile hotel accounts.
- Manage the front desk operations during off-hours, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Monitor hotel security systems and ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Handle cash transactions and prepare nightly bank deposits.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks or housekeeping coordination as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in computer systems, specifically Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
