Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and nightly audit duties with precision.
- Maintain the security and safety of the hotel lobby, corridors, and guest rooms during the night.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a restful night for all patrons.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any urgent issues.
- Monitor fire safety systems and conduct nightly rounds to ensure a secure environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, GuestCentric).
