Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Operational Excellence: Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including answering phones, processing reservations, and handling inquiries via email and chat.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, resolving complaints or special requests promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records in the Property Management System (PMS), process payments, and prepare daily reports.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all hotel security protocols and safety procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant staff to address guest needs and maintain the highest standards of facility upkeep.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a polished and professional telephone manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be computer literate and able to learn hotel property management software quickly.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or business school background is a plus.
- Attributes: A positive attitude, a focus on detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
