Responsibilities

  • Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival, checking them in efficiently while ensuring accuracy in all documentation.
  • Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling reservations accurately using our Property Management System (PMS).
  • Communication: Relay messages to guests and staff, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready, and answer multi-line phone systems professionally.
  • Revenue Management: Upsell hotel amenities and services to increase revenue, while adhering to rate and inventory controls.
  • Security & Safety: Maintain the security of the hotel by monitoring surveillance cameras, verifying guest identities, and following all safety protocols.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain the front desk area in pristine condition, organize the lobby, and manage cash handling and credit card transactions with strict adherence to company policy.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or front desk operations is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate hotel management software and computer systems quickly and accurately.
