Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional guest service by executing smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Communication: Manage all incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and a welcoming tone.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or special requests promptly and effectively to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Security & Safety: Verify guest identities, handle lost and found items, and maintain a secure environment for all guests and staff.
- Operations: Assist in front desk operations, including managing reservations, posting charges, and maintaining accurate daily logs.
- Appearance: Maintain a pristine lobby area and ensure the front desk is welcoming and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be comfortable using computers, POS systems, and reservation software (e.g., Opera, PMS).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Language: Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.
