Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently process guest registrations, payments, and key issuance using our property management system.
- Guest Relations: Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and dining options promptly and accurately.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to the management team when necessary.
- Front Desk Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Communication: Relay accurate messages to guests and staff, ensuring seamless communication across departments.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for motivated candidates with a willingness to learn.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
