Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and timely manner upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage correspondence professionally.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and post charges to guest accounts accurately.
- Assist with check-out procedures, including printing folios and handling receipts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
