Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Manage and supervise hotel staff, including front desk agents and housekeeping support.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with the highest level of professionalism.
- Conduct nightly security rounds and facility inspections.
- Monitor inventory levels for supplies and coordinate with the kitchen and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and fire regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality management degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.
