Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Maintain Guest Rooms and Public Areas: Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel premises.
- Handle Guest Inquiries: Respond promptly to phone calls and messages, providing accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Process Payments and Reservations: Accurately handle financial transactions and update reservation systems in real-time.
- Resolve Issues: Address guest complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to interact positively with diverse guests and colleagues.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
