Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide warm, personalized greetings and check-in/check-out services for all guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
- Operations Management: Efficiently manage the front desk operations, including handling phone inquiries, managing reservations, and processing payments accurately.
- Shift Coordination: Adhere to scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, ensuring 24/7 coverage and operational efficiency.
- Information Hub: Serve as the primary source of information regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Security & Access: Monitor lobby areas, verify identification, and ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate guest records, update databases, and handle correspondence promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred; entry-level candidates with a strong service attitude are also considered.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards are required at all times.
- Availability: Must be available for shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
