Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls promptly, manage correspondence, and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person.
- Reception Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front desk.
- Guest Assistance: Offer local recommendations and assist guests with special requests or maintenance needs.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, update guest information in the property management system, and handle petty cash.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and MS Office is a plus.
