Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all registration information is accurate and complete.
- Respond to all incoming telephone calls and guest inquiries with a friendly and professional tone.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist with front desk operations, including managing the lobby area and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
- Process payments and verify credit card information securely.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
- Uphold hotel security policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk operations or guest services (luxury experience preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
