Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process reservations, registrations, check-outs, and payments using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with poise and accuracy.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Lobby Management: Maintain the lobby area's cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest needs are met.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Professionalism: Must possess a professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
