As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our hotel. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations, ensuring a seamless stay from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Process reservations and registrations efficiently, verifying all guest information and collecting payments accurately.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, managing room inventory and responding to guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints and special requests with empathy and efficiency to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the reception area and public spaces.
- Administrative Tasks: Update guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS) and assist with daily front desk operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or a customer service role is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel software (PMS) is a plus.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
