Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
  • Check-In/Check-Out: Process reservations and registrations efficiently, verifying all guest information and collecting payments accurately.
  • Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, managing room inventory and responding to guest inquiries with professionalism.
  • Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints and special requests with empathy and efficiency to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the reception area and public spaces.
  • Administrative Tasks: Update guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS) and assist with daily front desk operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or a customer service role is preferred but not required; training provided.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Technology: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel software (PMS) is a plus.
  • Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
