- Assisting visitors and clients with inquiries, directions, and general information.
- Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the reception area and lobby.
- Processing payments, handling cash transactions, and managing guest folios with precision.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
