Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold resort safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Market resort amenities and activities to enhance guest stays
- Maintain immaculate lobby and reception area standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
