Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using property management systems.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate daily logs and reports.
- Lobby Maintenance: Monitor the lobby area to ensure cleanliness and orderliness at all times.
- Event Support: Assist in coordinating room setups for events and meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; we value attitude over experience.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
