Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor, checking them in efficiently using our property management system.
- Manage incoming phone calls and messages with clarity and courtesy, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Assist with the check-out process, including processing payments and providing accurate information about local attractions and services.
- Maintain a pristine lobby area, ensuring that all common spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to promptly address guest requests and ensure room readiness.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and resolve them to the guest's satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with diverse guests and colleagues.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel management software is a plus.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- A valid driver's license is required.
