Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Services: Handle all guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities with a smile.
- Operations: Answer incoming phone calls, manage email correspondence, and process payments accurately.
- Problem Solving: Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate maintenance needs to the engineering team and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
- Security: Adhere to hotel security protocols and conduct nightly safety checks when on shift.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor are essential.
- Schedule: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are required.
