Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression during check-in and check-out processes.
- Operational Support: Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing reservations.
- Guest Assistance: Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining, and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Financial Handling: Process payments, manage cash transactions, and balance daily financial reports accurately.
- Security & Access: Monitor security cameras and manage building access control systems to ensure a safe environment.
- General Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area and lobby.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred; a degree in hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude and willingness to learn over background knowledge.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and comfort with standard software applications.
- Legal: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
