Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using PMS systems
- Handle reservation modifications and VIP guest requests
- Resolve escalated guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping for overnight operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct nightly audits and prepare shift reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid California driver's license (for airport runs)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of Los Angeles attractions and transport
