- Coordinate room assignments and manage reservations using Opera system
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in reservation software (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and services
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license preferred
