Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly, answer questions, and provide accurate information about local attractions and hotel amenities.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs using our property management system (training provided).
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Reception Duties: Handle mail, manage the front desk area, and maintain a neat and organized lobby environment.
- Problem Solving: Assist guests with special requests and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay with a positive attitude.
- Sales Support: Upsell hotel services and packages to enhance the guest experience and meet revenue goals.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications (training provided).
- A friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
