Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, resolving inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Process payments accurately using the property management system (PMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with strict attention to detail and security.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and special requests to enhance their stay.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are essential.
