Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, providing high-quality customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and professionalism.
- Conduct regular night security patrols and monitor building access.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We are looking for attitude and aptitude.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
