Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all guests upon arrival in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Operations Management: Handle front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and processing payments.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone lines promptly, respond to emails, and relay important messages to the day shift team.
- Security Oversight: Monitor security cameras, conduct regular patrols of the facility, and ensure all fire safety and building security protocols are followed.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate guest logs, manage key control, and handle incoming mail and deliveries.
- Facility Maintenance: Perform basic front desk maintenance and ensure the reception area is tidy and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Entry Level Friendly: No prior hospitality experience required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
