Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Guest Relations: address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Operational Support: manage the front desk switchboard, handle reservations, and manage room assignments.
- Security & Access: verify guest identities and manage room keys/access cards securely.
- Shift Handovers: communicate important guest details and operational updates during shift changes.
- Administrative Tasks: maintain accurate logs of guest arrivals, departures, and incidents.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience required – we train you!
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
