Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas according to established standards.
- Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure bathrooms are sanitary and pristine.
- Maintain a high level of inventory control for cleaning supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Interact professionally with guests and team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
