Responsibilities
- Welcoming and registering guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering phone calls and emails promptly and accurately.
- Assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and room service requests.
- Ensuring the front desk area and lobby are clean and organized at all times.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Resolving guest complaints and inquiries to ensure total satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- No prior experience necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
