Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/out with personalized attention
- Manage room reservations and optimize occupancy through upselling techniques
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly using problem-solving skills
- Maintain accurate billing records and payment processing
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for operational excellence
- Utilize PMS software (Opera) efficiently for daily operations
- Execute safety protocols during emergencies or unusual incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills in English; multilingual a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Professional appearance with polished interpersonal skills
- Valid NV gaming license (or willingness to obtain)
