Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff throughout the night.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out procedures, and answer inquiries regarding hotel services and local attractions.
- Restock amenities, toiletries, and supplies in guest rooms and public spaces as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all hotel areas, including the lobby and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or unusual activities to the management team immediately.
- Process payments and handle minor front desk duties during night hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
