Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage staff to maintain operational excellence.
- Handle high-level guest inquiries and resolve complex issues with efficiency and empathy.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L, budget adherence, and revenue management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and enhance brand reputation.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and renovation projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and culinary services.
- Proven track record of leading diverse teams and fostering a positive work culture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
