- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas following brand standards
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies are adequately stocked
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team to optimize room turnover times
- Report maintenance needs and inventory shortages
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Valid Washington State driver's license (if required for supply runs)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
