Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional check-in/check-out service using Opera property management system
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Process reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle VIP guest requests and special occasion arrangements
- Maintain detailed guest preference profiles for personalized service
- Assist with group bookings and event coordination support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn PMS systems
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must pass background check and drug screening
