Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor as they arrive at the hotel lobby.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries regarding services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with luggage handling, valet coordination, and concierge services when necessary.
- Stay updated on local events, shows, and promotions to provide accurate recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and property management software.
- The ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
