The Role:
As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We are looking for individuals who take pride in customer service and want to make a difference every single day.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, managing check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and accuracy.
- Answer incoming calls, manage email inquiries, and direct visitors to the appropriate department.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements in a calm and solution-oriented manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Assist in coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we value attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn over specific background.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Windows/Mac) and Point of Sale systems.
- Ability to stand and move around the lobby for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
