Responsibilities
- Welcoming and warmly greeting guests upon arrival and departure with a smile.
- Assisting with guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Answering incoming calls and responding to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Assisting guests with local recommendations, directions, and concierge services.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel software (training provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
