Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with warm professionalism

- Operate hotel management systems (training provided)
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as the hotel's first point of contact for all guest needs
Qualifications
