Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with warm, personalized service
- Manage reservations and optimize room inventory
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams
- Operate PMS systems and maintain guest data security
- Upsell resort amenities and create memorable experiences
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Valid NV gaming work permit if applicable
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
