Responsibilities
- Execute efficient check-in and check-out procedures with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Manage and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and hotel folios with strict financial integrity.
- Assist with concierge services, including recommendations for local dining, transportation, and attractions.
- Maintain the lobby and front desk area to ensure a pristine and welcoming atmosphere.
- Utilize Property Management Systems (PMS) to update guest profiles and process reservations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Smith Travel).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift luggage or supplies as needed.
