Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera property management system
- Handle reservation inquiries and optimize room occupancy rates
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Process payments, manage billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance departments
- Provide personalized recommendations for Dallas attractions and dining
- Execute upselling strategies for premium room categories
- Maintain impeccable front desk appearance and organization
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail with financial transactions
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (for guest transportation needs)
- Basic knowledge of Dallas tourism landscape
