Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist all guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Perform basic administrative tasks including answering phones and filing
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service delivery
Qualifications
