Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork and payments are processed accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, providing information about our hotel and local attractions.
- Manage the front desk reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special accommodations to ensure a memorable stay.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system or Property Management System (PMS).
- Monitor and maintain safety and security protocols for the property and guests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and maintain room quality.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide training for the right candidates.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel software quickly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and have a friendly demeanor.
