Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic mathematical and cash handling skills
- Positive attitude with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Tennessee hospitality certification a plus
